Short breaks from £150.00 per week

Low season from £250.00 per week

High from to £300.00 per week

Terms and Conditions

Bookings may be made by telephone, or letter. Bookings are held for 5 days to allow time for the booking form and deposit to arrive.
Please make cheques payable to Mrs G Jones.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is due with the booking form to confirm reservation.
The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Sorry, we do not take credit cards.
Last minute and short stay visits will be payable in full on booking.
Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If we are able to re-let the farm house for the same period your money will be repaid less the £50.00 deposit and an additional £20.00 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the farm house, you will be liable for the full rent.

You are expected to use the farm house with care, and damage or breakage to the accommodation must be reported and paid for. You are welcome to look around the farm and visit the animals, but parents are requested to be responsible for children and babies at all times, and are asked to treat the garden, play area, farm yard and areas used by animals, cars and machinery with care and respect.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. They must not be left unattended at the accommodation, and must be kept on a lead when outside on the farm. You are responsible for clearing and hygienic disposal of dog fouling during your stay. You are responsible for bringing adequate bedding for your pet. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture, and you must leave the bungalow in a clean and tidy condition.

Liability. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury to guests, or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Cadwst Mawr. Cars, boats, trailers, cycles, luggage etc. and personal items are left at owners' risk.

The accommodation will be ready for occupation from 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure.

Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.
